Oh....... thats a tough one... I guess i will have to say for anime, it would be Nao Yuuki from Mai-HiME.
 For a video game it would be....... Actually, i don't have a favorite from a video game...

yakumo from school rumble, cuz i LOVE her and lucy from elfen lied, really liked the series and liked lucy as well, despite the fact she has killed a lot of people, lol!
