Hmm... I'd have to say, in my opinion it's either One Piece or History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi, but since the second one isn't there on the list, I voted for One Piece.

Okay, I've GOT to give it to One Piece. Just everything about it is done well. Character development, I REALLY want to see all of the Straw Hat Crew excel. Mainly Zoro and Luffy. I want to see Zoro beat down every swordsman, and with Luffy I just want him to make everyone's jaw drop. My favorite Arc as of yet was the Sabaody Arc. Both Zoro and Luffy had me clapping. Action, when OP get's serious it's very much high on the list, second only to Bleach. Story, cmon' man, Pirates. Nuff Said'.

Totally One Piece xD not a single doubt, great characters, and character development through the story both in physic conditions and emotionally, also great plot, awsome fights it's got it all!
