Summary
An internet-aired anime based on the novel Bootleg by Alex Shearer.
In the series, the Good For You party passes a law that forbids the consumption of chocolate after 5 in the evening appropriately called the Chocolate Prohibition Law. It prohibits all sweet things, including chocolates, because they are harmful to one’s health. Two boys, Huntley and Smudger, stand up to fight against the law. Calawain: The fact that it’s an ONA (meaning short) about such a silly and possibly funny situation and it’s being done by Production I.G. means I’ll end up watching this. What could you possibly stand to lose from spending a few minutes of your life on it?

Riex: So let’s see…Production I.G. + ridiculous premise + relatively short = high probability of WIN. Will check this out for sure…and probably while eating some type of chocolate after 5pm in joint protest with the protagonists.
