Summary
Third season of the adaptation of Yuji Shiozaki’s manga. This season will feature a completely original story not based on the manga and features brand new characters including Sun Quan.
First season introduction- Seven schools are constantly ‘at war’ with each other, and the students within - both male and female - have become skilled fighters and constantly battle with rival schools. Their lives and fates are guided by strange jewels that contain the spirits and destinies of warriors from the Sangokushi period. One girl, Sonsaku Hakufu, has recently moved to Japan and is apparently destined to unite the schools as her counterpart united seven countries long ago. But, like all heroes, there is a darker side to her fate, and as always there is a constant struggle by those around her to break the chains of their own destinies and make their own lives. (AniDB)
Thoughts
Calawain: I like fanservice shows, but not necessarily fighting fanservice shows. I was bored to tears watching Tenjho Tenge so that automatically put me off from this series from the start. I haven’t watched the other seasons so I doubt I’m going to be starting now. If you are interested, Aroduc is a glutton for punishment and will probably cover it.
Impz: Boobs, then more boobs, then some panties, then clothes disappear. No.
Riex: Seriously Impz…what is wrong with you? I’m not saying this anime’s gonna be great (in fact, it’ll probably suck like all the other seasons) but look at everything you listed. Now look at your response…
Shokkeru: Well I like fanservice, but Ikkitousen was always too ridiculous for me to even consider watching. I haven’t seen the previous Ikkitousens so there’s a low chance of me watching this one.
Briar: Wrong target group. No.
Extrange: I haven’t caught the first 2 seasons, but fighting girls with mangled clothers are into the fanservice category, and who doesn’t like panty/boob/ass shots? Too bad it only seems to be good in that aspect. Fap potential - 3.5/5
Crusader: I couldn’t get past one episode from season one I doubt much has changed. Bypassing.
