hmm.. i read the review on Chaos;head and i gotta say, I didn't realize how bad the drawings were until i compared it with the Visual novel! good Job pointing that out! Story was great on the overall!

Now if i may input a little bit on the review layout.. I did a little revisit on the Clannad review and the current format looked great! until i used it on Chaos;head.. I feel that for an anime like chaos;head which has action, fight scenes and WTF moments, another topic head should be introduced which is "problem definition". what i mean is with this new topic header, the question "Why" can be answered. Without the "why" question being answered, all we will have left is mindless fighting..

Basically, Problem definitions can be said to answer the questions Why are the characters fighting, What are the purposes for the fights and What is the main problem in this anime (by main problem i mean the core problem). An anime with a good proper problem definition would be Tayutama -kiss on my deity- where the core problem

was immediately touched on during the first episode. so basically, a good problem definition will leave the viewers thinking "ahh.. well THERE'S your problem!"

lemme give you an example:
(I'm using higashi no Eden ep1 as an example)
Topic: problem definition

hmm.. the anime got off to a rough start.. i mean, truthfully, tell me how many of you understood the scene first-hand when our protagonist ran across the road stark-naked? Also tell me how many of you understood what the female-lead was saying? The rough-start however didnt last long, It lasted approximately 10 mins to be exact. Around the middle of the episode, the reason for the appearance of a stark-naked protagonist was revealed
