Quartett! Released in Japan in 2006. Hentai Game by Littlewitch productions.

98 Musically talented members all around England are gathered into one palace for the world's greatest musical competition in the world.
Each member is to create a group of 4 or 5 and to compete in the musical campitionship.
But like always in a littlewitch production, nothing will go as planned. ^.^

If it is possible, a PC version would be very nice.

Actually, the torrent should be the primary way of getting it, then a filehoster if that option is not available. It should not be the other way around.

Well since i have a very slow internet downloading through torrent only gets me 5kbps at the most >.<

Also sorry for the double post above, another example of my slow internet hehe

Its only the Matter of time that either the torrent have seeder's in large quantity or Leechers so the Files is downloaded faster if Ratio of Seeder's to leecher's are very high...
