I'll explain it...Torrents are P2P clients, if you are on a college network, they block p2p ports and if you encrypt your connection and get through dling, you have a very high risk of getting caught cause p2p connections are easily spotted when monitering a server=big trouble....I have a guide to easy downloading with mulitple links so you don't have to worry about the 15 minute waits
