I checked around real quick but didn't spot anything that jumped out.
When you're looking for this kinda stuff your best bet is to use the Japanese characters for your search instead of english. Especically if the item you're looking for is really obscure.
デァ・フュラー instead of Der Fuhrer in this example.
To find jap stuff use a jap p2p. I've yet to learn how myself but feel free to read up.
winny, share & perfect dark are the most popular ones. And theres mods out there to give 'em a english interface.

I'm already running Winny searches...

The program couldn't locate any keys for the hashes I used. But if I find something I'll be sure to update this thread. Perhaps if I can't download it, someone else could.

Sounds like you're on the right track.
Might be time to try one of the other p2p. winny is becoming oldhat overseas where perfect dark seems to be catching on quick with share somewhere in the middle. Probably get more info at hongfire.

Share ex doesn't work for me, and I've yet to get started on Perfect Dark.
