One of my old favorites but I lost it along the way and can't find it again..
Does anyone have it/know where I can find it?

If you mean the h-games i found this:

Immoral Study 1

Size : 4.32M rar
Language : Eng

Size : 37.44M exe

Woah so fast? man I need to get better at searching..(Even though I usually find everything with one search)
Sorry for not including that it was the H game and not the book

Hmm I get an error message when I start the game(I will test some things out before I say anything about the file being corrupted)

Does the one you sent me work on your computer?

Oh i'm sorry but i forgot to tell ya
the game doesn't run fine on Windows XP ^^!
but there is a patch to fix the problem

[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

Just download the file, unzip the file and replace the original Immoral1.exe for this one and the bug is gone(at least for me works fine).
