can any1 pls help me render this pic

I'll give this a try but i don't know how good it will be. do you have a higher quality pic this is a bit fuzzy but i still try with it.

ok so i did what i could with it i did two version one with the normal pic and then i tried to sharpen it hope you like it.
if you find a better quality of it ill render it for you. these are the sharpen ones
