They trick and scare the humans in the beginning, but eventually their fight turns tragic as some of the raccoons are killed. Finally, they are forced to seek the help of the foxes from a neighboring forest who have already given up their fight and are living as humans in the city...

Took me three days to get them all, but now I'm grinnin' with a massive attack of Ghibli-itus. I don't feel so bad downloading these as I already own Laputa (DVD), Howl's (DVD), Kiki (VHS) and Totoro (VHS, original english dub version).

(As an aside, anyone else here want to see Pixar make a Hayou Miyasaki film before it's too late? Everyone knows that John Lasseter adores Miyasaki's work and they are close friends.)

I don't feel so bad downloading these as I already own Laputa (DVD), Howl's (DVD), Kiki (VHS) and Totoro (VHS, original english dub version). (As an aside, anyone else here want to see Pixar make a Hayou Miyasaki film before it's too late? Everyone knows that John Lasseter adores Miyasaki's work and they are close friends.)
