Komugi from Soul Taker gets her own series (in fact, many of the Soul Taker characters come back here; however, this is vastly different from Soul Taker). A rabid cosplayer, Komugi took on the role of nurse witch solely because she liked the costume. King of Viruses Ungar has escaped and is on Earth infecting people. Maya, goddess of the vaccine world, seeks Komugi's help in saving the world. Komugi also works as an actress and model during the day.

Helping out Komugi is Mugimaru, a cute-looking animal that looks like a Jigglypuff with rabbit ears attached to it. Komugi's main rival is Megumi Akiba, a fellow model whose chest size is large and brain size is small. Nurse Witch Komugi is also a parody, sending up everything from Speed Racer (Mach A Go Go) to The Ring.
