This is Kanon Minase san chi Drama CD1 where the group OTL translated the CD and added visuals so you can watch the drama CD as if you were watching an anime fansub but instead it is done so it looks like an automated visual novel.
No other details since I don't remember what actually happens in the drama CD, just some more Kanon for those who want it.
Note: The voices are based on the cast of the first Kanon anime. (I think ...)
