SPOILERS some below I watched Death Note it just reminds me of how Light is so devious, calculating and a narcissist like Stewie from the family guy but just saying that I feel that something was missing. One how come he killed innocent bystanders that were chasing him when he could of ignored them and just keep a low profile. His like an egomatic that wants to be revealed because he shouldn't killed too many people in a day otherwise people wouldn't notice Also his talking about justice but there's nothing showing him killing off judges or lawyers that don't uphold the law or give parole to felons. And the ending was o.k. but for a minute there when he was laughing I thought he would say something clever and actually won and bump off Misa as well. And for Misa I wasn't sure if she died or not if she did it would mean Rem died in vain and that would be pointless and if there was a time for her to die it would be from Light's hands. I just think right at the end there could of been more what do you think? They could of mentioned it's karma, have balance of good n bad, no such thing as a utopia or noone should use the death note at all in the wrong hands it would be disastrous etc etc. Last edited by ghasl1; 10-24-2009 at 04:24 AM. |

I liked it too and I sorta hated it because I expected a big finale I was also thinking about the other death note in the ground I thought there was going to be a climax at the end when someone else finds it or they could play the song 'what a wonderful world' it would have some irony. I don't hate it, but the series was mostly so boring for me, and was glad to get it over with. L, Misa, Near, and Mello got me through the series. Once Near and Mello came in, it was only them really. Matsuda and Light's dad both pwn too though. Over all, the dialouge seemed to repeat over and voer again, and as much as I like Near and Mello, I would of been happy with it ending at volume 7 with L winning. |
