Woot Elfen Lied rocks Its still in my top 5 favorite animes so far and it would take one hell of an anime to steal its spot lol. Powerful plot, characters you can connect with on some levels and nice BGM is what made Elfen lied so special to me. However its a said series and despite having seen it multiple times I still cry as the end draws near. Speaking of the ending that was the only thing which I didn't like since there was no real closure and some many things were left up in the air. On the fup side I was happy to discover the manga which the anime was based off and it goes on way past the end of the series though the plot is bit deferent in terms on certain events etc. But ironically the manga hasn't been licensed in the USA so I have to keep my fingers crossed that the people doing scanlation translations of it don't drop it. LOL now here is a fact I never did get in the series which was if they knew the vectors could block 9mm rounds then why on earth woudl the equip all the guards with weapons that fire 9mm lol? They only break out the 50 cal guns when she pretty much home free and then they miss lol. On a closing note I love lucy, (lol no ironic referacne to the old TV show form before my time intended) she pwnz.

Well there is nudity but there isn't any graphic sexual scenes in the series. There were a few sexual parts but those were mainly in Mayu's flashback scenes when she remembers how her stepfather would molest her constantly -_-. But even then hardly anything was shown.
