Judge orders four to learn English or go to jail
Judge Peter Olszewski Jr. gave three criminal defendants a choice: learn English or spend 24 months in the Luzerne County, Pa., jail. Olszewski issued the unusual sentence after four men pleaded guilty to robbery-related charges through a translator.

a good punishment, to learn english or go to jail............ i think for theyr sake to coose how to learn english and not the jail

I like the punishment to become one. back to school again and I hope they would implement spiritual studies and moral studies with some community services during the jailing periods.

Well that's an interesting punishment i wonder which one will come true, jail or English lesson... but probably if they go to jail they will learn English anyway.

you are right, but it's far + simple to learn english without goes to jail, in here you have no liberty
