Using Tags

Nihonomaru added special tags for our users, such as youtube video tag, spoiler tag, megavideo tag, and etc. You can find the tags here, But they wont appear when you're using quick reply, only advanced.

About the Tags

• Spoiler tag
  Use this tag if you are going to post huge texts, or spoilers of some anime episode, or if you have a big picture you want to post. Example:
  
  Spoiler!

  Your text or picture here.
  Read the rule number 4 in the general forum rules to get to know more.
• Youtube Tag
  Get the url of the youtube video you want, example: youtube.com/watch?v=e8XMqUumje4, you'll only put the e8XMqUumje4 part between the tags, the code that comes after the "=". Or just post the entire link and it will be posted automatically.
  
• Live Leak Tag
  Same as the youtube tag, post the code that comes after the "view?i=". Or just post the entire link and it will be posted automatically.
• Eye spot Tag
  Get the permanent link and u se the code that comes after "http://eyespot.com/share?cmd=permalink&r=" to put between the tags. Or just post the entire link and it will be posted automatically.
• Veoh Tag
  Use the code that comes after "http://www.veoh.com/videos/" between the tags. Or just post the entire link and it will be posted automatically.
• Mega Video Tag
  Use the code that comes after "http://megavideo.com/?v=" to put between the tags. Or just post the entire link and it will be posted automatically.

Regular Tags

• Add a Link
  Select the desired part of the text and put the link url in the box.
  
• Remove Link
  Select the desired part of the text that you want to remove the link and click.
• Insert E-mail Link
  Put the e-mail adress in the box that will appear, you may select the text before, or just put the adress in the box to make a new link.
  
• Insert Image
  Insert the image url in the box, to post a picture. Also read this thread about how to upload pictures in your post.
  
• Quote
  Insert the text between these tags.
  
• Code
  Any code goes between these tags.
  
• Html
  Any html code goes between these tags and will be shown as a code.
  
• Php
  Any php code goes between these tags and will be shown as a code.

I've realized the load of the thread is really slow when ppl post a lot of hentai images and so on in the first post. It is really bad for 57k users [ meaning ppl on dial up] because it will crash their internet or freeze.

Spoilers

Spoilers are for you to use while posting any spoilers about a series/etc. The content will be hidden and other users will only read it if they click "Show spoiler". We've two kinds of spoiler tags. One with description and another without it.

Example of normal spoiler

Select the area of the text you wish to hide and click on this icon , which can be seen in the editor tools.
It should look like this:

Hidden content!

Example:

After the the spoiler tag:

Uploading pics in your posts



To upload a pic, you gotta use an upload service, and you can find a huge list cliking here.

• After uploading the desired pic in one of those sites, you get the url of the uploaded picture and use this tag to insert the url:

And now you're done uplading a picture to your post.
