Hello from Tokyo
Hi, everyone!
I'm Japanese student born and living in Tokyo (10mins to Akihabara..lol) I'm new here and looking for foreign friends to chat or game with =D Questions about Japan or Japanese culture are always welcome. I'm glad to get that quick response =D I think I'm gonna like this forum! >DrkSgn yeah, I live near Akihabara. It's my...um, how do I say in English...backyard? The place which I used to go after-school. There are huge book shops which of-course selling millions of manga&hentai books near Akihabara, that is called 本屋街 (book town). Both are my stamping ground. I have grown up with game and anime while breathing Akiba's air lol. so, I guess I have been so much influenced by such things. >DeathsUncleBob Thanks for adding me to your friend list (Friend linking are always welcome). OK, I will read the rules of the forum....so, where is it? btw, Is there anyone who interested in Baldr Sky (coming out 27th March, oh, it's tomorrow!)? Oh, really? I'm so happy to hear that! Cuz I'm actually planning to study aboad in the future, prolly in the English-speaking countries. Well, thank you for adding me, too. Just curious, do ppl here watch anime and play game in English or something? For me, Japanese, it is often funny that popular anime&manga characters speak foreign language. A typical example is this; [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] In this Video, るろうに剣心's characters repeatedly speak lines of the same scene in Japanese, English, Spanish, and Portuguese (The flooding comments in the video are how it sounds like in Japanese). This edited video is famous in Japan because foreign lines sounds very funny for native Japanese speaker.
