Oh Hello there.
Hello Nihonomaru,
I have been looking for a while for a solution to the lack of permanence of threads on 4chan's /a/. At first I just tried to keep good threads bumped up, but even so, threads would die in less than a few hours. (For those not familiar with futaba/wakaba-style imageboards, threads can be permanently bumped off of a board by new and popular threads.) So, I become an archivist, and archived various good /a/ threads at 4chanarchive, but it didn't really preserve the discussion. I still post regularly as a trip[s]fag[/s]friend on /a/ (it shouldn't be hard to guess which one if you frequent both /a/ and the Archive), but hopefully these forums will provide the more slow-paced and calm discussion that I am missing. My interests include Touhou (I'm assuming that this Post Icon is Yukari), troll analysis, music, visual art, and debating. Reading over this, I now regret revealing so much information as I know nothing about how much 4channers are welcome here. If you dislike the *chan boards, I guess that I should say that if you judge the all of the *chans solely based on /b/, you're missing a lot. |

Well, yes, I knew that, and I guess that it could be inferred that I never go to any vBulletin, phpBB, etc. style forums, but I did, it's just that one is Advance Wars related and the other died about year ago. I'm wondering, where can I add an avatar? I couldn't find it in the User CP.
