i don't,, i'm on when they didn't cut the power,, ^^
but i can't do anything when it's blackout.. u,u

no, i'm a loyal citizen,, i always pay my due, XDD

the cause of the blackout is because the generator at the neighbor city broken..
that's why now we have 'blackout turns' >,<
today they cut the power at my district for about 6 or 8 hr.. next at the other district for about the same length..
and that'll keep repeating till they fixed the generator.. (the president say it'll took about 2 or 3 month!! X0)

it's all right,, ^^

i also didn't on lately..
there's several reason, but the top three is..
3. my friend have some problem and i don't have the heart to leave her..
2. Too many assignment!! (as always, but added by a new position at the organization i'm in)
1. BLACKOUT!! oh my gosh!! because the power company have some problem, they had to cut the power for several hour every several day!! T-T
