Sorry. My bad. The setup file isn't working for sure. I knew it and forgot to put it on the thread. Use ミクキス.msi instead and it should work now.

Plz, can u make a movie with your procediments? Or a Screenshot with the error dialog? Here the files worked fine.

Did you extract the file then run setup? Oh, and of course, the setup won't start if you don't use an japanese system or applocale.

You should click the folder and click Extract All. It would be better,to prevent from getting the error.
