well all i know is that she wants HQ images, BUT!!, she wants HQ drawings,without passing the filesize limit here's an example;

see the big difference in how but pics were drew?

IMO, it doesn't matter if you have a big picture and then resized it to fit the filesize limitations, if the picture isn't a HQ drawing pic, then she would not accept it
