First you're going to need codecs. If you have them all up-to-date, great! Don't worry about this part.

Codecs:
FFDShow: http://www.free-codecs.com/download/FFDshow.htm

Now you're going to need programs. If you already have ERMP and something that can extract files from MKV's, don't worry about this.

Now that we have everything we need lets get started finally. First I would like you to double check to see if VobSub is enabled.

When thats all set, open up the Wizard and bottom left should say "Settings". Click on that and find where you installed MKVtoolnix and click okay. Now open up your MKV in the Wizard and extract the subtitles.

Now put your MKV and the extracted Subtitles IN THE SAME FOLDER TOGETHER!! Very important!! Doesn't matter where, they just have to be in the same folder. Open up Easy Real Media Producer (For the sake of being lazy it will be called ERMP from here on), and click "Add". You'll see a browse screen, type in * and click open. You'll now see a display of all files. Click your MKV and open it to add it to the list. Now set your settings and when they're how you want them, click the "Start" button bottom left of the program and wait for it to finish.

ahaha, finally found out how to easily convert mkv to rmvb with subtitles!
