i need to play tekken tag tournament on pc through any means

i had rom i had emulator mame

but after the selection menu the game dont show stage with characters

no graphics

and i need to say

i had to select the IORI CLONE 9 AND KYO CLONE 10 ,rugal, physiquial and gustab in KOF MEMORIAL ......................... in which all bosses unlocked ( geontiz,kirzalid,zero,0 zero , igniz, kusangi , orochi )

how to unlock or any link to download the version in which all kof members are available...................
