Until the episode is subt it will take 3-4 days. There are no good subs groups. The good thing is that my Japanes is good enough to understand most.
At which episode are you now by Bleach?? |

The filler is not that good so you dont miss anything. Thats also a reason why I like One Piece more than some other animes. The fillers are not that bad.
