Hi,
I really like manga and would like to join this club. Manga series I have read include: Chobits, Mahoromatic, Love Hina and Onegai Teacher. Manga I'm reading: Ranma 1/2, Tenjou Tenge, Parasyte, FLCL and Apollo's Song. When possible, I like to view the anime and read the manga together because each tells a different part of the story. But not all anime have manga and not all manga have anime. Also, as in the second season of Mahoromatic, there there are many differences. Anyhow, if you don't mind me joining, I'd like to be here. :@*^10: Seriously, anime is great to watch. Especially scenes with lots of action and TT is full of them. But with an anime, you need to keep up with the pace set by the video, while in a manga, you can go at your own speed. In the case of TT, there are lots of moving parts and lots of flashbacks, so being able to take it slow from time to time helps a lot. The extra detail in the manga is very helpful, too. Besides, the artwork in the manga is just wonderful. I think TT is one of the best drawn manga ever. And, you don't need a TV or a #$&@% computer to read a manga.  BTW, my son seems to be confused by FLCL, so it looks like I'll be reading that manga, too. Well, manga are scarce here, too. I got almost all through mail order, so it may be a while before I catch up.

He's 20.
He likes the creepy sort of manga, like Parasyte and Kurosagi Corpse Delivery Service, while I go for ones about human conflict. Especially if robots are involved.  Pat, the desert rat Member of the Let's Speak Japanese, Nihonomaru, World of Manga, and Knights of the Round clubs. |

i also like mecha animes they are really good and i like fighting mangas or animes like bleach and so
