i'd like to be a member of this team, i'll take upon any request but it might take about 3 to 4 days to encode and upload them as my pc's been acting pretty funny lately.

Well not much in my book but... When you encode an anime or anything else you (at least I do) usually are trying to reduce the filesize and possibly add more to it such as audio or subtitles not on the original video for example you have the Japanese Audio and Video for an Anime and want to add subtitles and another audio track to it. And you can also change the video to another format or container by encoding it because in order to encode you have to process it which is usually done in a converter even though you may choose to keep the video format and container. well ... i wanted to change some mkv files (have subs already) to rmvb format and reduce files sizes ... so is there any easy way to do it ?!!
i kinda made a request in your thread already .. but u seem busy .. so i think i will try to do it =P .. |

Oh so sorry I forgot to ask you wanted them in .RMVB and you want them hardsubbed? Or much better I can make them into smaller mkv's ^v^ most likely no quality loss how big do you want them? I can probably make them about 45-50Mb maybe less if only one audio and subs.

well .... my comp have been acting weird everytime i watch mkv stuff ... that's why i want them in rmvb .... files size 80 mb or smaller.... hardsub .... make the quality as good as posible ...
hoensquall encoded it for me 1 time .. and the quality just as good as mkv files .... size 80- ... Last edited by momochot; 10-29-2009 at 12:45 AM. |

Um well I don't like rmvb as they are usually inherently laggy or filled with overhead as well as a usual quality loss. Have you tried updating your codec pack? Also what versiona nd what media player are you running and on what OS?
