Bokurano, Watashi no Messiah-Sama, Elfen Lied, Tsuiteru Kanojo, Deep Love (Host, The Story of Ayu, and Reina's Fate), I"S, and Saikano have all made me cry at some point.

Yeah, I cried when read the "One litre of tears" manga; just like I cried as a baby in the dorama ^^'

well for me, the first time it was when reading Dragon Quest Dai no Daibouken, then Dragonball Z (when Bezita died sacrificing his life to kill Majin Buu) and then it was while reading Slamdunk (during the fight scene in the basketball court with Mitsui, when finally Mitsui realize that he was still in love with basketball)...damn these mangaka, how do theygot these awesome ideas...Dragonball & Slamdunk, absolutely my top 5 manga...

I know I cried a lot for a lot of mangas. Let's see... Love Hina's ending was one. Not that it was sad or anything, it just made me feel mopey. GTO made me cry as well... of laughter (That counts, right?). Oh man, I nearly died that time. Couple times in One Piece. Like that scene with Vivi.
