Mmm. Some that haven't been mentioned yet that I like are Full Metal Panic, Blassreiter(to some extent mecha), and Linebarrels of Iron. Out of the mentioned though, I have to say that Gundam is my favorite.

loved all the gundams. eva... started ok but the guy had a nervous breakdown towards the end and it shows, macross was good too but i'll stick with gundam its come a long way since those early episodes lol.

I'm going with all of the Gundam series (Gundam Seed, Gundam Seed Destiny, Gundam 00), Code Geass and Tengenn Toppa Gurren Lagann. Mecha animes are my favorite and I enjoyed all these animes very much ;D

The Gundam Series have always been my favorite

Personally my all time favorite is Gundam Wing, but besides Gundam I do enjoy Code Geass and RahXephon. Certain motifs really appeal to me so anime that contain those really stick out to me.
