I was wondering if anyone could tell me where i might find this from

I've been looking for it for a while. I dont' care if it's a game or movie.

It's from a game—there are very few 3DCGI anime, never mind hentai ones. Here (as a start) is Getchu.com's 3D polygon category list:

[Only registered and activated users can see links. ][0]=C3_F003

Note that in this context "DVD-VIDEO" generally means "DVD Player Game".
