I think everyone is forgetting the wonder that is Yume Miru Kusuri - a drug that makes you dream. It is very emotional and the script is generally exceptionally well done -- especially for the good endings.

The newly released Amakami Vampire was fairly nice in my book, as well as Happiness!, which I finished a walkthrough/translation of the script a couple days ago.
