hmmm i dont really use my email much pop in every few weeks to delete trash thats about it, already did it earlier today so may have had one. cant say i look at crap i dont know lol.

The problem I see is that it looks like someone is getting email addressees from Niho. I say "looks like" because sometimes phishers drop names to try to get you to lower your guard. I get emails all the time claiming to be from banks I do not have accounts at.
However, there may be way that people can get your email address. In the control panel, under Edit Options, there is a box next to the statement "Allow vCard Download." If I understand this option correctly, if you check that box, anyone on Niho can get your email address. I would say, mark these emails as spam in your mail program and block the sender's address. Whatever you do, do not respond. They don't call it phishing for nothing. It is possible that they do not actually know your email, but are sending out emails in large numbers to random email addresses. If you reply, they will know your address is valid. If you have the box I mentioned above checked, you may want to uncheck it. People who you trust who want your email address can ask you for it. With the box checked, anyone can just take it.
