I wish it was easy as that. But unfortunately, it doesn't have the option of "clicking" the links. It just wrote it there. I been trying to use different method to download it but it won't work. It gives me only html file. Don't believe me? Here the link to that thread: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]. Check it out. Don't even say going to rs, when i try to enter it, the website haven even load and a pop up gave me a option to download a html file.

Are you making fun of me? Of course everybody knows if the links are CLICKABLE, i would do so instead wasting my time asking more info on how to crack these codes! Dude, seriously, i wish u could talk something more important rather than keep asking me to 'click' those links as THEY AREN'T CLICKABLE! lol i'm not making fun of you, just thought it might be eaiser to explain it to you in that manner :P and as for the thread you posted, it is true that the links aren't clickable there but i can easily copy and paste the links and i'm not getting any kinda of .html file, here's the link, try using this one and tell me if you are still having the same problem.

btw, what borwser are you using?

Internet Explorer. And yes, again and again, it gave me a save option for a html file no matter how i click it. I already try use the method you gave. But all the same. No file, only html file.

alright, after testing out some things i got that file as well, there try this one, i have changed the text encoding for this one, it should work now.

EDIT: ok, this is indeed pretty weird, clicking it is not working for me as well, you should right click on the link and select "Copy Sortcut" and then paste it in a new window, this method worked for me. and even if this one doesn't works then go to your rapidshare premium account settings and disable "Direct downloads, requested files are saved without redirection via RapidShare" and download the files manually from there.

Indeed, it's pretty weird. And this link you gave me is no different than others. "copy shortcut" is also a method that i used before but no use. Oh and i don't use premium account on any uploader website. Well, i officially give up. No matter how i try, it won't work. Not to say entering rapidshare website. I might be wrong but i think the links are dead. Even download manager are pretty useless even downloading these files.

What window are you using? By the look of it, it look like old model, right? I heard that the old model is capable to enter or downloading any file without any problem. Only the newest version and window XP are totally useless if they don't have program to download files.

To answer your original question, php is a coding language used primarily for websites accessing or writing to databases. From the owners side, its a faster way to write pages that are frequently dynamically generated (which using older html practices can be very tedious) on the fly with much greater speed. Reading php can get confusing at times since the results of queries get put inline with the web address usually in the form of something like "post&=1133", to figure out what the code is trying to do is usually embeded into the address itself, if there's a lot of data addresses can get really long and hard to quickly decipher.

As a potential solution to the problem (there seems to be some other underlying problem here) I'd suggest you at least install Firefox on your machine for cases such as this. Generally in the past its been that the majority of the pages were specifically writen to be viewed/used in IE. That isn't the case anymore, pages are writen now to be more universal and not rely on proprietary code or browser specific functions that won't work in others (or even older versions of the same browser). You can use whichever browser you prefer of course, having another one as a backup for pages that don't seem to behave can save hours or frustration trying to get them to work in one browser, where they might work flawlessly in the other.

If the page(s) fail in both, then the problem gets much more complicated and you'd need to look at the page source coding to figure out what's going on behind the scenes.
