hi... everytime i turn on the comp it always jump out the microsft genuine advantage. after clicking no, it jumps out the igfxtray.exe problem... i always ignore and now it changed a little. now it says igfxtray.exe Illegal blah blah.... so i was wondering anyone can help? Will REP FOR SURE

Ah i had the same problem (iono why i had bought mine O_O" but i lost the box)
I used this method ( if i had what you had)

1. Lauch Windows Task Manager.
2. End wgatray.exe process in Task Manager.
3. Restart Windows XP in Safe Mode.
4. Delete WgaTray.exe from c:\Windows\System32.
5. Delete WgaTray.exe from c:\Windows\System32\dllcache.
6. Lauch RegEdit.
7. Browse to the following location:
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\
   Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Notify
8. Delete the folder ‘WgaLogon’ and all its contents
9. Reboot Windows XP.

ehh... the link u gave me is for VGA... mine is a igfxtray.exe... so its different. I don't care about the VGA notice... i just ignore it...

Provide a screenshot of the error or do provide a word for word of the error to get the best help I can provide. The way you say it right now is very vague and hard to understand the actual error.

for a quick fix to get rid of the error

IGFXTRAY.exe is not a windows application so you can turn it off.
go to run -> msconfig, under the startup tab, uncheck igfxtray.exe...

If that doesn't fix the problem, do provide a screenshot.

disabling igfxtray from startup _will_ solve the problem for sure, if not then try validating your windows.
