ou do not have permission to access this page - why?
when i try to open:
http://forum.nihonomaru.com/hq-henta...3-a-13961.html i only see: n00ke, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons: 1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system? 2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation. why can't i view that page? does anyone know whats going on here? |

you need + rep in order to access that page, you can obtain it either uploading something that most users find great, or by make a helpful comment, you should see things more carefully, cuz if you see below in the hq section sign youll see that you need 55 rep points to enter, those can be obtained by the ways i said earlier, and getting + rep of a user that has reps (green bars), who find that thread good, the more green bars a user has, the more rep you get in the moment he reps you
also if you receive + rep from a new user it wont count as real rep, since they doesnt have any to start of...

no you don't all you have to is work until you have 55rep points which can be easily done by going to the request section and filling in someone's request or put some random uploads to try to gain rep points
