Check active ability your Antivirus Software [girlcelly]
Today, I will guide all of you how to creat a virtual virus with purpose to check active ability your Antivirus software ^^
 Don't worry about virtual virus, it is a "real" virus but it is not destroy data or make a bug on Operating system  1- Run NotePad or WorldPad 2- Enter Code here into NotePad/WorldPad Quote:
4- Immediate, your Antivirus software will appear a alert dialog box with content: file test.exe is a Virus. Do you want to delete test.exe ? Then your Antivirus software will delete this file. 5- If your Antivirus software didn't appear aleart dialog box, meaning your Antvirus software is not working good, I think you must update for this software or change a new Antivirus software  Have fun ^^  |

I tried this with NOD32+AVG, nothing happened...

I tried the same thing but it seems that my Kapersky version 7.0.1.321 is not giving any responses too. But when I tried not having to make it into exe or com, Kapersky detected it immediately.

But I know most av programs detect it. When the file is saved it will likely make a pop-up in a random color, where it says it's a test string. Btw, I must warn some people, some av programs, can think it is a virus, but it will not be sure, so you will maybe not be able to delete the file, so therefore I recommend you don’t place the file on your desktop. have fun. For the fun I got it scanned by 32 av programs, here are the results. So if you don't feel like downloading it, just check if your av program detects it. All those numbers is the date the av program was last updated.
