yep, first thing you need to do is to get a program, I use Photoshop CS myself...
then I suggest to follow a bunch of tutorials, doesn't matter what it's about, just follow them so you learn new things and then think up an idea for a sig and start working on it ^_^ don't really suggest to just follow normal signature tutorials, cuz then you'd only end up with standard signatures... |

dun get cs3 if u beginner, simply get photoshop and google search...type "photoshop.......tutorial"
