Yea, when Rain was hooked up to that giant evil gundam in the final eps, she was completely nude while hooked up.
In the cut, they made it look like she was turned metal inside but in the uncut, she was nude.

There was some in close-to-nude scenes in Seed & Gundam 00, but not full blown nude with nipples pubes, etc...

In the original Gundam (0079?) Fraw Bow and Mirai have their breasts + nipples shown. Sayla is a tease.

In Gundam Z / Zeta, there was a scene of a female pilot with shiny breasts + nipples as well just before she interacts with an Earth elite pilot (Jerid).

I can't recall any explicit frontal nudity in Gundam Seed or Gundam Seed Destiny. There are silhouettes in the Gundam Seed opening and I have yet to watch any of the Gundam Seed movies or side stories.

Okay generally, regarding the new series like 00 and SEED, the equation is:
Gundam + Boobs = Gunam SEED/00

Other than that, no other explicit content has been frontally shown..otherwise it'd be H- or something like that.

But there WERE some scenes..but like I said, not frontally shown so it's not really nudity. Let's just say...slice of life? ^^

Gundam do needs some nudity, or else it will Gaydam where all the episodes only showing men's battles and men's friendship.

Well they do have some women's fight too but those more like fillers.

Hey that's a good idea, why don't the publisher of newest gundam make an episode where one of the gundams suddenly went berserk and raping the pilot until she wears out and carrying the seed of new generation, a combination of mecha and human, maybe she will give birth into cyborg or something like that.

There were a lot of nude scenes in most Gundam series.
0079 - Mirai, Fraw
Zeta - Fa Yuiry, Rozamia (Chasing Kamille.lol) and the fem pilot Jerid Messa liked...can't remember her name
V Gundam also had Nudity, episode 9 I think when Uso was being given a bath...

Well, you'd notice that most nudities happen always in the shower/bath room. I think there hasn't been a Gundam Series without a Shower Scene.

all i think about nudity scene is in SEED version of gundam (Captain of the Nirvana and the Acting President of the Zaft)
