I don't think she ever said anything about lolicon ART. It's just that these morons at Sankaku are so hooked up over using Japanese terms while speaking English they managed to completely twist the truth. "Loli" in Japanese would mean "young girl"(basically), not necessarily ART. "Loli", in Occident, so basically in English, means artwork based on these young girls.
I haven't seen the Queen of Sweden mention a single time the fact that she wanted Japan to ban loli artwork. I've only read that she wanted Japan to put in stronger anti-child pornography / child exploitation laws. She never mentioned loli artwork.

So, without the technologies and inventions of the USA...Japan would be nothing as of today...

What you should say, instead, is that you can't compare countries in terms of "good" or "bad". You can compare them with strict statistical elements, but you can't globalize these elements and judge who's "better". Or well, to do that, you'd have to define what makes a country good or "better" than the other.

^ No, what I'm saying is that you can't compare two countries in term of "good" or "bad", especially if you haven't defined them. That's why instead of giving the "contributions" of both those countries (and that doesn't mean that they're a pile of crap, just that they're not relevant), you should rather show that you can't compare them and thus not define which is "better". Giving contributions on both sides won't show that the 2 countries are equal ; rather, it'll heat up the conflict and make people look for more data in the favour of the country they're defending, etc.

Also, I still don't understand what's so wrong about not liking child pornography. I haven't found any mention, as I said before, of the word "loli" or rather "lolicon artwork" in the Queen's speech nor in the article (other than in the title)
