Weird food
What is the weirdest food that you people have ever eaten?
For me I've eaten snake heart. When I last visited Vietnam (my home country) I went to the North and beating snake heart is a delicacy for the guest.   |

A LOT.
we filipinos have a lot of weird delicacies. where do i start ? hmm. balut, which is boiled egg with the chick already developing, buro, fermented rice (which i hate), fried crickets which are actually pretty good, beetle stew, diniguan which is made from cooked blood and insides (REALLY GOOD) and the list goes on for miles.

I'm actually a little bit Filipino. I haven't tried that many Filipino delicacies though. I've stuck mainly with chickens feet, adobo, and sinigang.

I've tried 3 different styles and the Chinese style is the best. Not so chewy but still delicious.

ahhh, that makes me think of bizarre foods with andrew zimmern! ^___^
the weirdest that i've eaten are regular food in my culture, cows, chickens, and pigs' organs. and cooked blood xD ~ ~ Baka Renji ^o^ <33333 ~ ~

Um, does animal food count? I work with animals and when me and a few others got bored we tried dog food (ick), cat food (salty but smells pretty good), hamster/rabbit food (tastes like muesli), hay, sugarbeet for horses but dog cookies were definately gag-worthy........

Yakkie. No weird food for me. When it starts waving back to me on a plate i am out of there. I am a spoiled european, a potato is weird enough.
Ate once cow brains, but nowadays thats not advisable to do, forgot why... |

hmm... weirdest food... pretty sure you all have me beat. im a spoiled white washed asian, i havent eaten any funky traditional food.
