:  Location: Where there are interesting people | Weird food What is the weirdest food that you people have ever eaten? For me I've eaten snake heart. When I last visited Vietnam (my home country) I went to the North and beating snake heart is a delicacy for the guest.   |

:  Location: slums of shao-lin | Re: Weird food A LOT. we filipinos have a lot of weird delicacies. where do i start ? hmm. balut, which is boiled egg with the chick already developing, buro, fermented rice (which i hate), fried crickets which are actually pretty good, beetle stew, diniguan which is made from cooked blood and insides (REALLY GOOD) and the list goes on for miles. : Location: Where there are interesting people | Re: Weird food I'm actually a little bit Filipino. I haven't tried that many Filipino delicacies though. I've stuck mainly with chickens feet, adobo, and sinigang. |

I work with animals and when me and a few others got bored we tried dog food (ick), cat food (salty but smells pretty good), hamster/rabbit food (tastes like muesli), hay, sugarbeet for horses but dog cookies were definately gag-worthy........  |
