I dont really know wat difference it makes, using old nik or real name. My nik where i come from is iCEMAN, most people do not even know what my real name, but for some reason which i cant remember i decided to go with my real name in this forum.

Maybe because they're so ashamed of their horrible spelling?
 That and this forum may include anime, software, movies, music, etc. that is licensed / copyright / trademarked. Not to mention Hentai and Doujin, information which some people would not like others to know they've seen. Other senseless but interesting to think about questions: (You're welcome to post new threads with these as I'll probably post 'em eventually anyway. Please only one at a time so the topics can be discussed thoroughly.) Why do stay in your house and lock your door? Why aren't all the doors and walls of your bathroom made of completely clear glass? Why do you wear clothes (especially when it's so hot)? Why don't guys to this  to all girls they meet?Why do you like hentai so much? For that matter, why do you like anime so much? Is it hard to live and easy to die, or easy to live and hard to die, and why? etc...

There are many reason as why people don't want to use their real names. Some prefer not to give out personal info, some just don't care, some don't want others to know who they are......etc. Besides, real names aren't as creative and interesting as user/nick names.

Have to agree with u on that one. Real names are just as cool and unique! Besides i wudnt do nything that i wud b ashamed to admit, i love yuri - hentai and i make no effort to keep that a secret... real name or nik it doesnt matter, i m who i m and i aint afraid to show myself as that.
