Vampire animes are out there tons of it, childhood friend animes to are tons but i don't think anyone mixed ever the two.
Maybe if integra in hellsing would have been more of a friend then as a master to alucard then that could have happened but it is not so. So i believe there is none. Sorry.

As far as I know, the anime which has one close similarity to this this you are talking might be Sola. Since the story link a female vampire with a boy who tried to fulfill the promise made to the vampire a long time ago. ah... if i continue on, I might spoil the whole storyline if that is the anime. Well, just have a check if it is what you are looking for.

well, spoiler still let slip of the whole storyline. By cutting short the whole story into nothing more than a sentence, the person won't even know what the whole story until he/she watch it.

Well actually she's not a vampire in Sola, but I guess it can be like one.
As for an anme like that, never heard of one. There was a movie a few years back called "the little vampire" IIRC, but no anime. |
