after clicking the link it will automatically redirect you to the megaupload download page for the selected episode. near the top it will ask you to enter three letters. on the next page you have to wait 45 seconds and then the download button will appear where the countdown was.

Hmm, I haven't had this problem yet. You may have to wait awhile before it will let you start another, you do two at once. There is a 500+MB max that you can download in 250min. Other than that, im not sure.
