For as far as one can see, there are only scattered green islands in a vast ocean... This is the mysterious world of Marmundo.
Encased in her aqua armor, Rulija, the female knight of Enorme Kingdom, rides a killer whale and fights in the ocean. She is an Aqua Knight.

While on a journey, a great storm carries Rulija out to a nameless lighthouse island somewhere on the furthest western edge of Marmundo. A wild child named Asica, who lives at the lighthouse, discovers Rulija (still in her aqua armor) sunken on the on the ocean floor. Asica's father, Arrabil the lighthouse master, pulls Rulija up from the bottom of the ocean.

Rulija wants to reward Asica, so she carelessly promises that she would make him a knight. Backed into a corner, Rulija quickly comes up with an impossible task for the young boy: find a Dragon's Egg! However, Asica takes her seriously and rides his killer whale off to the edge of the world, where the ocean falls into the stars. So, Rulija has to put on her aqua armor, mount her killer whale, and chase after Asica. Can she save him in time...?
