Grimmy is nice though over all he doesn't really have that flair of a villain in my opinion. He's more of that guy who likes to beat crap up. Now Vicious from Cowboy Bebop thats a villain. I mean who names a character Vicious the name alone is cool as hell. Him and the Villain from Berserker were my favorites.

hmm if you consider "Light" from deathnote a villian than i think he is the best ^^ but if you do not consider that i would probably pick saito from rurouni kenshin though idk if u consider him a villiam >_>

What about Freeza from DBZ. I know their have been a lot of shows since then, but no one can really top Freeza.
