Yeah, Fruits Basket had some moments that made me laugh so hard I couldn't breathe, but it also had some moments that made me cry like a hysterical baby, so I can't really say it's the funniest one I've seen. To be honest, almost every anime I've watched has made me laugh at some point, but some made me laugh more than others. ^_^

Gintama. I can't think of any other anime that can beat it. Actually, I think Cromartie can. Not sure about Detroit Metal City's anime either, but that one is a total laugh. And GTO. Perhaps School Rumble. Excel Saga was pretty good too...
