Re: Subbed or Dubbed?
I don't watch dubbed shows at all. I hate when people that don't know even a hint of japanese try to pronounce japanese names and they're always really bad at getting the mood of the scene to show in their voice acting. Completely ruins it for me. :/

Re: Subbed or Dubbed?
I generally dislike dub, theres only two dubs that I can accept at all and that is the Full Metal Alchemist and The Melaconholy of Haruhi Suzumiya.
Honestly I tried a few others like the Shana dub and the Fate Stay Night dub but just couldn't bear listening to the dub. Same with Cardkaptor Sakura, uh... they just sounded too old for their age. |

Re: Subbed or Dubbed?
I'm torn. If the dubb is good, then I don't really give a hoot about the Japanese audio with English subtitles. For instance, I feel the dubbing is so good in Kiki's Delivery Service (great Miyazaki movie) that I didn't even bother watching it in Japanese more than once (just to compare). I even find the vocal songs in the English dub was BETTER than the vocal songs in the Japanese language (probably because it doesn't sound so...old and was catchier).

Re: Subbed or Dubbed?
It depends on how the voice work sounds. I don't have a biased opinion on either one so I am OK with both. :P

Re: Subbed or Dubbed?
Subbing is usually way better. For me there are some exceptions in some comedic anime such as Cromartie High, The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzimiya, and Excel Saga though.

subs all the way for me, heard too many cheap ass voice dubs in my time. plus alot of anime gets dumbed down to fit a certain market in english speaking countries.
