Re: Subbed or Dubbed?

As long as it's done well, I don't mind either one. I'd prefer it in a language I understand, but I find that the Japanese usually have more feeling in their voice.

Re: Subbed or Dubbed?

subbed is the only way us anime fans should go. With the exceptions of DBZ, Yu-Gi-Oh, Pokemon, Digimon, and those old shows.

Example: I watched One Piece to Sky Island Arc. Same Arc was on Cartoon Network Dubbed. My Ears Bled. I Shot the TV. I Cried in my room.

Re: Subbed or Dubbed?

TOTALY depends on the voice and the character if they dont go well together it will suck

Re: Subbed or Dubbed?

I'm a fan of subbed anime, The Japanese voices sound more suited to the characters. And after a few minutes of watching subs I forget that I'm reading, It just flows.

Re: Subbed or Dubbed?

i have watch many dub animes and i find that the voices just doesn't match the characters. Plus most of the voice sound really funny or they just sound terrible

Re: Subbed or Dubbed?

depends on my mood. there are times i really don't feel like reading the subs. but on certain animes (i.e. one piece), the humor would just be lost once you've watch it as dubbed.^^

Re: Subbed or Dubbed?

subbed most of the time.

it does get awkward with voices that doesnt even fit the lip movements
half the time, they arent speaking what theyre actually saying compared to the raw series

Re: Subbed or Dubbed?

honestly it depends on the voices in the dub, and which ever of a show i watched first.
shows like FMA and Cowboy bebop obv dub is fantastic and i happen to like it more so than the subs. however shows like bleach and naruto i cant stand the dubs
