^ when youve seen the subbed version before the dubbed version, it just doesnt sound right haha. on the other hand, ive seen some anime where the dub is better than the sub. the shinesman is one good example. the humor in the dubbed version gets lost in the subbed version. also, some shows like cowboy bebop and samurai shamploo have fairly decent subs. they werent as bad as initial D dubbed. now that was BAD.

Im a sub guy, but there are some decent dubs out there (I liked Chobits and Fruits basket more in english than I did japanese)

Subbed all the way. Although when i buy the series I have to get used to Dubbed and I've found some aren't that bad.

i like to watch subbed cuz i cant stand to watch anime with english voice actors, its horrible. i agree about the dbz and pokemon though, i actually cant imagine pokemon subbed that would be weird
