Gurren Lagann is awesome. There's also alot more character and plot development then most shows these days. The show OPs and artwork are also very well done.
I have to say that the only downside to the show is the fact that I have to wait 7 days for a RAW to come out... |

I saw the whole show and I must say I enjoyed the ride, even if after the first episode I felt like it wouldnt last long. Mainly cause of the animation, it reminded me of FLCL, and I dont have fond memories of that show. Still the same it was pretty good.

My second favorite anime of the 2007 (Claymore's 1st) . The characters are awesome (Kamina is godlike), it's extremely funny and entertaining, it has epic moments and after ep 16 it becomes better and better each episode.
It's for sure a great anime. Too bad that it's become way to popular, and the fact that it's been called "best anime ever" in so many places has made me start somehow disliking it. Still, everyone should watch GL... if you die without watching it you'd have wasted your life. |

Gurren Lagann was my favorite anime of 2007. There were parts when I hated rossiu, but I loved the rest of it.

ooh, i never liked Rossiu, throughout the whole series his character just annoyed me....
but i loved the rest of the chars, and story was awesome.... damn THEM though, for episode 8!!!! none the less awesome anime, overall... gg no re... k thxs... |

Hmm...what else can I add to what's been said?
It's an over-the top mecha anime with lots of GAR moments, a bit of ecchi thrown in here and there and LOTS and LOTS of explosions. If you're into anime with lots of hot-blooded yelling, EXPLOSIONS! and fantastically huge robots, this is for you. |
